The CBI has recovered over Rs 50 lakh in money throughout searches on Monday from one of many accused in a bank-fraud case in opposition to an actual property agency, who was lately charged by the central probe company, officers stated.

The company has performed searches at 11 places in a number of cities after registering a case in opposition to the Nashik-based Solar Infrastructure Restricted for inflicting a lack of round Rs 23.86 crore to the State Financial institution of India, they stated.

The searches had been carried out in Mumbai, Nashik, Bengaluru and Nagpur, the officers stated.

It’s alleged that the corporate was concerned in monetary bunglings and diversion of the funds for functions apart from the mortgage situations, they added.
