West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi right this moment, urging him to re-examine the College Grants Fee (UGC) directive that mandated remaining examinations in faculties and universities by September-end.

In her letter, the chief minister mentioned the July 6 pointers of the UGC will adversely have an effect on the pursuits of scholars.
