'Get Rakhi Tied By Woman You Molested': Court's Bail Condition For Man

The Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh Excessive Court docket laid out a novel situation for granting bail to a person, accused of molesting a lady. The courtroom requested the person to get a rakhi tied by the complainant on the day of Raksha Bandhan and promise to “shield her for all instances to return”.

Mr Bagri is accused of getting into the 30-year-old lady’s home in Ujjain, round 55 kms from Indore, on April 20, and was charged beneath part 354 (assault or felony drive to lady with intent to outrage her modesty) of the IPC, reported information company PTI.
