'Military Will Help Goa If COVID-19 Outbreak Worsens': Union Minister

Union Minister of State for Defence Shripad Naik on Friday mentioned navy institutions in Goa are prepared to assist the state authorities in case the COVID-19 outbreak worsens.

Mr Naik, a Lok Sabha MP from Goa, chaired a gathering together with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant right here the place senior officers of Coast Guard, Navy and Military had been current.

He mentioned the three wings had agreed to offer all assist required, together with manpower and well being amenities.

Mr Naik, who can be Union AYUSH minister, mentioned all households within the state can be given immunity boosters by native MLAs.
